Kolkata: The Trinamool Congress-led West Bengal government on Tuesday launched a dedicated web portal for IT professionals who have hummed back home owing to the Covid-19 pandemic worldwide.
"On behalf of the Government of West Bengal, we launched ‘Karmobhumi', a web portal for IT professionals who have returned and are looking for job change due to Covid-19," Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee tweeted.
Banerjee also urged people, especially IT professionals who have returned to the home state post the Covid-19 crisis, to connect to the IT companies in Bengal through karmabhumi.nltr.org.
The website is managed by Department of Information Technology and Electronics, Government of West Bengal.
