Maharashtra HSC Result 2020 Date: Amid the rumours that Maharashtra HSC, Class 12th, Class XII 2020 result will be declared on this or that date, School Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad Wednesday said the state plans to declare it in the second week of July.
The minister said that HSC Class 12th result declaration is delayed becuase of the lockdown imposed following the Coronavirus epidemic.
"The assessment work and evaluation of answer sheets of 12th students were delayed because of the Coronavirus lockdown. We started the work in May end and are trying to expedite the proces. We are trying to declare the Class 12the HSC result by mid-July", Gaikwad said while addressing media persons in a virtual press conference.
The minister also said that Class 10 board result will be declared by the end of July.
Once declared, Maharashtra HSC Class 12th result 2020 will be available of official as well as other websites.
The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) normally declares the HSC result in the last week of May. The board also has a tradition of announcing the date and time of result declaration a day or two in advance.
Maharashtra 12th and 10th exams 2020 were conducted in February and March 2020. While the board was able to complete the whole of 12th HSC exams before the nationwide lockdown was clamped on March 24, it could not conduct the last paper of SSC Class 10 Matric exam.
