The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has declared online the results of the High School Class 10 Examination 2017 on its official website on Friday i.e. April 21 at 09:30 am. The CG Board Class X 2017 results are also available on some other partner websites.

After declaration Friday April 21 at 09:30 am, the Chhattisgarh CGBSE Class 10 Results 2017 are accesible on cgbse.nic.in and other associate websites.

How to check the results:

  • Go to the official website: "IndiaResults.com"
  • Enter your roll number or Name
  • Click on 'Find Results'
  • The Results should be displayed on your screen
  • Take a printout for future use

Earlier, multiple media reports had claimed that the CG Board Class X results 2017 will be declared today i.e. Friday April 21 at 10:00 am.

"Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education High School (Class 10th) Exam Result 2017 Will Be Declared on 21th April 2017 at 10:00 A.M", IndiaResults, the partner website of Chhattisgarh Education Board, said in an update Thursday.

IndiaResults also said Chhattisgarh CGBSE Class 10 Vocational Exam results 2017 will also be declared Friday April 21 at 10:00 am.

Students should also note that the board has given them a chance to apply for re-evaluation if they are not satisfied with the declared results. But, this facility will not be available to the students whose score is below 20 or above 80.

Students waiting for CGBSE Class 12 results 2017 should note that the board has not yet confirmed the date to release the Class 12 results. Last year CGBSE Class 12 results were declared on April 21.

About 4,42,060 students appeared for the CGBSE Class 10 Exams held across 2000 centers in Chhattisgarh from February 10 to March 2, 2017.

In 2016, overall pass percent of CG Board Class 10 was 55.23% and of CG Board Class 12 was 73.43%. A total of 4, 03,762 had appeared for the CG Board Class 10 exam and some 2,77,114 students had written the CG Board Class 12 exam in 2016.

Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) is responsible for conducting the board exams in the state. The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education conducts High School, Higher Secondary Board, Higher Secondary School (Occupational), Physical Training Diploma and D.Ed. certification exams.

CGBSE also advised and help government for the construction of the proposed curriculum and textbooks prescribed by the board. It also advises the government in framing the education policy of the state and it also runs different correspondence courses under its guidance.
