Allahabad: The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) has released online the official Answer Key of the UP Teachers' Eligibility Test (UP TET 2017) on its official website today. UP TET was held on October 15, 2017.
It was earlier disclosed by the UP board that the UPTET 2017 Answer Keys will be released two days after the exam, that is October 17 and the candidates can submit objections by October 21.
The UP TET Answer Keys were however released a day later i.e. today Wednesday October 18.

- Enter your registration number and date of birth in dd-mm-yyyy format
- Click to proceed
- Answer Keys will be displayed on the screen
The UPTET was conducted in the state on 15th of October, in two batches. The first batch exam was held from 10:00 am and went on till 12:30 pm. The second batch exam was held from 2:30 pm and went on till 5:00 pm.
The first batch exam was for those candidates who had applied for teacher roles of Class 6 to 8. The second batch exam was for those candidates who had applied for teacher roles of Class 1 to 5.
Teacher Eligibility Test known as TET, conducted as per the NCTE guidelines, is an Indian entrance examination for teachers. The test is mandatory for getting teaching jobs in government schools from classes 1 to 8.
Paper 1 is meant for teachers opting for classes 1 to 5 while Paper 2 is for those opting for classes 6 to 8. It is conducted by both Central government and State governments in India.
