New Delhi: The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Human Resource Development (HRD), has declared on its website csirhrdg.res.in the Result in PDF of the candidates who had appeared for the Joint CSIR UGC JRF/NET December 2018 examination.
The CSIR UGC NET wase held on Sunday December 16, 2018. The UGC NET result 2018, declared on April 02, can be downloaded from CSIR UGC NET website csirhrdg.res.in.
"The result has been finalized only after addressing all the querie s/representations received from the candidates till stipulated date of 23-01-2019 (Till 5:00 P M)", the CSIR said.
"No separate intimation letter shall be issued", it added.
"The Fellowship will be effective from 01.07.2019", the CSIR said.
CSIR conducts the Joint CSIR UGC NET - a national level entrance examination in the field of Science including Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences and Earth Atmospheric Ocean and Planetary Sciences.
Two separate merit lists, one comprising the candidates qualifying for the award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF - NET) and the second, of those candidates qualifying the Eligibility Test for Lectureship (NET), will be made on the basis of their performance in the above Test.
Candidates qualifying for JRF (NET), will also be eligible for Lectureship (NET) subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria laid down by UGC.
The candidates qualifying for Lectureship will be eligible for recruitment as Lecturers as well as for JRF-ship in a Scheme/Project, if otherwise suitable. However, they will not be eligible for Regular JRF-NET Fellowship.
Candidates qualifying for the award of JRF (NET) will receive fellowship either from CSIR or UGC as per their assignment or from the Schemes with which they may find association.
The candidates declared eligible for Junior Research Fellowship under UGC scheme and Lectureship will be governed by UGC rules/regulations in this regard.
