THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The General Education Department, Government of Kerala has postponed by a day the K-TET III Category paper which was scheduled to be held on February 04, 2019.
According to the new date released by the General Education Department, Government of Kerala Category KTET III exam will now held on February 05, and not on February 04, 2019.
"The K-TET January 2019 Examination of Category which is scheduled to be conducted on 04/02/2019 has been postponed to 05/02/2019", a message posted on Kerala TET official website said.
The General Education Department, Government of Kerala had earlier released on its official website keralapareekshabhavan.in the link to download Hall Ticket or Admit Cards of the Kerala Teacher Eligibilty Test (Kerala TET 2019) to be held from February 02 to February 06, 2019.
The General Education Department, Government of Kerala from had started receiving online application for the Kerala Teacher Eligibilty Test (Kerala TET) from December 22 2018 till January 02, 2019.
The Kerala TET January 2019 will be held from February 02 to February 06, 2019.
The RTE Act 2009 directs the State to ensure the quality requirement for recruitment of teachers. The persons recruited as teachers should possess the essential aptitude and ability to meet the challenges of teaching at all levels of schooling. K-TET is an examination to assess the quality of teacher candidates for Lower Primary, Upper Primary and High School Classes in Kerala.
