New Delhi: Xiaomi, the leading smartphone manufacturer based in China, Tuesday launched Redmi Go - first Android Go smartphone from the brand on sale in India. The Redmi Go was launched at a glittering ceremony held in New Delhi.
To be available at the price of Rs.4,499, Redmi Go is the cheapest and most affordable Android Go smartphone which has been launched by Xiaomi in India.
Redmi Go was first unveiled by Xiaomi in late January, before being launched in the Philippines a few days later in February.
Redmi Go comes with Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 425 Processor and Android™ Oreo™ (Go Edition) Operating System. It is equipped with 3000mAh Battery and will give a longer back up time. The memory size is 1GB RAM/8GB internal storage.
It has 8MP Rear camera with LED Flash and 5MP Selfie camera. The display size is 5" HD. The phone has 4G Network Connectivity and is available in two colors - Blue and Black.
Redmi Go is avaliable at a price of Rs.4,499/-. The Redmi Go launch offer also includes up to Rs. 2,200 Jio cashback and up to 100GB free internet data.
Xiaomi also said its Redme Note 7 and Redme Note 7 Pro variants will be available for sale on Wednesday March 20, 2019 at 12:00 pm on mi.com and Flipkart.
