CBSE Class X Result 2019 Date: An official of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Friday said all reports confirming the Class X Result 2019 date and circulating in the media are fake.
"The board has not confirmed about any date yet", the CBSE official told The Indian Express.
The CBSE board exam results are declared on official website cbseresults.nic.in. The board has a tradition of announcing the result date at least a day in advance.
According to the CBSE Class Xth Date Sheet 2019 released today, the CBSE Class 10th exam began on February 21, 2019. The last paper was conducted today i.e. Friday March 29, 2019.
Last year CBSE Class 10 board exam result 2018 was declared on May 29 whereas Class 12 board exam result 2018 was published on May 26, 2018.
The CBSE had earlier preponed the Class 10 and Class 12 board exam 2019 from March to February. The board had also indicated that it will declare the Class 10 and Class 12 results of the 2019 board exams earlier than previous years.
As per the latest reports, the CBSE Class X 2019 results will be declared in the month of May. A confirmed date will be announced on the CBSE official website well in advance.
The CBSE has conducted CBSE Class 10 board exam 2019 for 18,27,472 students in India and abroad. Out of the total 18 lakh students, 10,70,579 are boys and 7,56,893 are girls. There are also 22 transgender candidates among them. The CBSE Class X exam were held for students from 21,400 CBSE-affiliated schools in India and 225 abroad.
