AHSEC Higher Secondary Result 2020: Pubali Dekai and Shraddha Borgohain have jointly topped the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) HS Final Class 12 Arts stream exam 2020 result of which was declared today i.e. Thursday June 25, 2020.
Abhinash Kalita is the Science topper and also the State Topper in the 2020 HS exam. Abhinash scored 486 marks (97.2 per cent).
Krishna Maheshwari topped the Commerce stream with 471 marks.
Pubali Deka of Patharighat Higher Secondary School in Darrang and Shraddha Borgohain of Ramanujan Junior College in Nagaon have scored a total of 481 - 96.2% marks out of 500 to bag the top rank in Art stream AHSEC exam 2020 in Assam state.
The overall pass percentage of AHSEC HS 12th Commerce stream is 88.18% whereas that of Arts is 78.28%.
On the other hand, a total of 88.06% students cleared the AHSCE 2020 Science stream exam successfully. The pass percentage in the Vocational stream is 91.55%.
As many as 1,320 students from the Science stream secured 2nd division, 500 students from Vocational secured 2nd division.

The exams were conducted between February 12 and March 14 and the evaluation was completed last month. Around 2.34 lakh candidates had appeared for the Class 12 exams 2020 cobducted by the Assam board.
In 2019, Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) result was declared on Thursday May 31. The overall pass percentage of AHSEC HS 12th Commerce stream is 87.79 whereas that of Arts is 75.14%.
The results of HSLC Class 10 exam 2020 was announced on June 6 at 9 am.
