Shenzhen: Chinese phone maker Shenzhen Zhixin New Information Technology Thursday December 21, 2023 unpacked Honor 90 GT powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC at an affordable price.
Powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Octa-core and Adreno 740 GPU, Honor 90 GT is equipped with a 50-megapixel dual rear camera system with up to 24GB of RAM and up to 1TB of on-board storage.
A 16MP front-facing camera is neatly housed in a punch-hole cut-out, ensuring a sleek and uninterrupted display experience.
Offered in three colour options - Burn Fast Gold, GT Blue and Star Black, the handset boasts a 6.7-inch AMOLED display, offering a resolution of 1200 x 2664 pixels and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The screen also includes 3,840Hz PWM dimming and an integrated fingerprint scanner.
Running on MagicOS 7.2 based on Android 13, the Honor 90 GT ensures a smooth and responsive user interface, Honor 90 GT supports 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS and USB Type-C connectivity.
The handset weighs 187g and measures 162.5mm x 75.3mm x 7.9mm in size.
Honor 90 GT is priced at CNY 2,599 (around Rs. 30,300) for its 12GB + 256GB option, while the 16GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB variants are listed at CNY 2,899 (around Rs. 33,800) and CNY 3,199 (around Rs. 37,300), respectively. The top-of-the-line 24GB + 1TB variant costs CNY 3,699 (around Rs. 43,100).
Currently available for pre-order via Honor website in China, the phone will be available for grab from December 26, 2023.
