Las Vegas: Korea based leading Electronic giant Samsung launched Galaxy Book4 which among other important things is also the first to feature the newly introduced ‘Copilot Key’ on the keyboard.
Copilot in Windows - formerly Bing Chat and Bing Chat Enterprise, is an AI-powered intelligent assistant that helps users get answers and inspirations from across the web, supports creativity and collaboration, and helps them focus on the task at hand.
In an attempt to make Copilot popular and integral part of PC and Laptop users, Microsoft announced to change the Windows PC Keyboard layout and integrated a new key marked as “Copilot Key” last Thursday.
A week after the introduction of the new Windows PC Keyboard layout, Samsung launched Book4 at CES 2024 held at Las Vegas Convention Center which among other things also features ‘Copilot Key’ and has all the latest Windows 11 features of this AI powered App.

“The Samsung Galaxy Book4 series, now available in the U.S., include Microsoft Copilot in Windows 11. The U.S.-based laptops have a new built-in Copilot key, providing faster access to your everyday AI companion in Windows 11, harnessing the capabilities of AI to make the things you do every day easier”, according to a post on Windows Experience Blog.
If you have a Samsung Galaxy smartphone, Copilot can connect it with the Galaxy Book4 series of laptops that includes three models - Galaxy Book4 Ultra, Book4 Pro and Book4 Pro 360.
“You can then find, read or summarize text messages from your phone and create and send messages – as well as tap into other smartphone functions – on your PC”, the blog post said.
Introducing the new laptop series, Samsung said using intelligent, intuitive AI capabilities, Microsoft Copilot1 connects the Galaxy Book4 series with your smartphone to make them work seamlessly together.
“With Microsoft Copilot, you can enjoy a seamless connectivity experience between devices that feels like using just one device, making managing daily tasks smoother and more efficient. As Microsoft Copilot progressively expands to handle more apps, the connected experience with other Samsung Galaxy devices is set to get more intelligent, powerful and convenient”, Samsung said.
Samsung Galaxy Book4 comes with a new Intel Core Ultra 9 processor that combines a faster central processing unit (CPU), a higher-performance Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) and a newly added Neural Processing Unit (NPU) into a single package.
Additionally, Book4 is powered by the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU3 which company claims will take the user experience to the next level.
“Galaxy Book4 Ultra users can also be fully immersed in games with NVIDIA Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS) technology that creates higher quality images for over 500 ray-traced popular games and applications”, Samsung said.
The Samsung Book4 series laptops also boast an incredible viewing experience with a Dynamic AMOLED 2X display that offers clear contrast and vivid color, whether indoors or outdoors.
