‘Got raped by his eyes’: Israel finally finds ‘evidence’ of Hamas sexual assault

[The latest image of Mia Shem along with the picture of a Palestinian hostage with telling captions is viral after her latest interview, with question being raised did this hypocritical Franco-Israeli suffer a holocaust and was at risk of rape?]

Tel Aviv/Gaza Strip: Desperately pursuing the world to believe that the Palestinian Resistance Fighters during their Operation Al Aqsa Flood Oct 7, 2023 committed sexual assault, the Zionists have come with another bizarre interview to establish their unfounded claims.

The interview aired by the Israeli Hebrew TV Channel 13 last week is of Mia Shem. Shem, a 21-year-old dual Israeli-French citizen, was released on November 30 as part of the prisoners swap deal between Israel and Hamas.

Mia Shem who - while being handed over to Red Cross and on her way to Tel Aviv from Gaza on Nov 30, had lauded the Palestinians for treating her well during her captivity in Gaza for 54 days.

“They treated me well and took care of me. They provided me with food and medicines, and did everything to keep me happy”, she said in front of the camera.

After more than one month following her release by Hamas and enjoying hospitality in Gaza where local residents are facing acute shortage of not only the essential commodities but also drinking water because of the Israeli blockade, Mia Shem in a most bizarre manner claimed, “Her kidnapper raped her with his eyes”.

“They shut me inside a dark room. I can't talk, can't be seen, can't be heard. I was hidden. With a ‘terrorist’ watching me 24/7, raping me with his eyes”, she said while talking to Channel 13.

In the interview, Mia Shem claimed that she would have been actually raped if her kidnapper’s wife and children was not there.

“I was afraid of being raped, that was my biggest fear there. His wife was outside the room with their children, that's the only reason why he didn't rape me”, Mia Shem said.

Mia Shem admitted her kidnapper’s wife used to bring them meal but described her a “mean woman”.

Interestingly, Mia Shem also said it was her ‘kidnapper’ who took her, in Hijab and Niqab, to a hospital in Gaza where surgery was done on her injured arm, and also admitted that “a relationship had evolved between her and her kidnapper”.

“I was afraid something would suddenly happen. So I connected with him in a friendly way”, she said in the interview, contradicting her own claim made in the same interview of being “raped by her captive with his eyes”.

In the same interview, Mia Shem also described what damage the Israeli airstrikes are causing in the civilian areas of Gaza and said she was shifted from one house to another because of the Israeli bombardments.

"They bombarded the entire area where I was kept. Windows of the house where I was in, shattered on top of me. The house shook. The force blew me away. I couldn’t hear for three days”, she said.

She said it was because of the Israeli bombardment she was shifted from her kidnapper’s house and at one point was kept inside a house with four Palestinian fighters.

“When they moved me from house to house during those two weeks of bombardments, there was one time I was kept inside a house with four ‘terrorists’ covered faced and AK 47s on alert”, she said.

Interestingly, the four “terrorists” who were alone with Mia Shem did not do any physical harm to her even though she was totally on their mercy and there were also not present their wives as was the case when she was with her kidnapper in his home. In contrast, Mia Shem developed a bond with the four and even cooked food for them.

“I asked them if they are hungry. They said yes. So, I sent one of them to a marketplace, and asked him to get some items, cooked them my Tbeha dish”, she said in the interview with the leading Israeli media.

“They named me ‘Mother of the Sultan’. I got them to look at me differently. To respect me”, she said.

Mia Shem’s a little over 30-minute interview brought the Zionists another round of embarrassment as she failed to add any credible evidence to the Israeli claims of Hamas involvement in sexual violence and rape.

Israel is using different platforms, including the United Nations, to accuse Hamas and other Resistance Fighters of involvement in sexual violence and rape. No one in the world however is ready to believe the Zionists because of their established record of being a leader in fabrication, misinformation, and planting fake news done to justify the Israeli war crimes and atrocities against the Palestinians.

Making the Israeli case weaker, Haaretz, a top Israeli newspaper, vehemently rejected the Israeli allegations against Hamas and other Palestinian Resistance groups, saying there is no evidence to actually support the rape claim as there is no first hand witness nor an actual victim of rape.

“The Israeli police are facing difficulties in finding victims of alleged sexual assaults in the 7th of October operation”, Haaretz said in a report.

“Most of the testimonies of sexual assaults, including what was presented at the United Nations and what was published by the New York Times, are based on the testimonies of one young woman. Police were unable to reach the women described in the New York Times report”, the newspaper said in a report headlined “No physical evidence or victims matching testimonies about Oct sexual violence”.

Hamas and other Palestinian groups have also rejected the New York Times report titled "'Screams Without Words': How Hamas Used Sexual Violence as a Weapon on October 7" as “Zionist propaganda”.

The Palestinians also accused the US media of being complicit in spreading “Zionist propaganda to spread lies and demonise Palestinian struggle to justify war crimes”.

In a further setback to the New York Times, Miral Alter, sister of the Oct 7 victims Gal Abdush, denied rape claims and accused the leading US daily of manipulating her testimonies.
