CA Final May 2024 Result out; Ghilman Saalim Ansari among toppers
Ghilman Saalim Ansari, Kushagra Roy, Shivam Mishra, Yug Sachin Kariya and Varsha Arora are among the toppers of CA Final and Intermediate exams held in May 2024.
CA Final Result 2024: Ghilman Saalim Ansari, Kushagra Roy, Shivam Mishra, Yug Sachin Kariya and Varsha Arora are among the toppers of CA Final and Intermediate exams held in May 2024 the results of which were declared by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) Thursday.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India had conducted CA Intermediate, Group 1 exams on May 3, 5, and 7, 2024, and group 2 exams were held on May 9, 11, and 13, 2024.
The CA Final course examinations for Group 1 were held on May 2, 4, and 6, whereas CA Final Group 2 examinations were held on May 8, 10, and 12, 2024.
The ICAI announced the CA Final and Inter results of the above exams today. Along with the results, the ICAI also published on its official website icai.nic.in the merit list and list of CA toppers.
CA Final Toppers May 2024
According to the CA May 2024 Toppers List released by the ICAI Thursday July 11, 2024, Ghilman Saalim Ansaari has jointly shared the All India Rank (AIR) 3 with Kiran Rajendra Singh Manral in the ICAI CA Final May 2024 exams.
The two scored 477 marks out of the total 600 marks.
Shivam Mishra held the top rank AIR 1 with a score on 500 whereas Varsha Arora bagged 480 marks and bagged the All India Rank (AIR) 2 in the CA Final 2024 exams.
CA Topper Ghilman Ansari is based in Mumbai and Article Assistant at Gokhale Associates. He studied at H.R. College of Commerce and Economics Mumbai.
All India CA Final Toppers, Shivam Mishra and Varsha Aropra, are from New Delhi.
Kiran Rajendra Singh Manral, who shared AIR 3 with Ghilman Saalim Ansari, is from Mumbai.
Ghilman Ansari is a resident of Vashi in Navi Mumbai. His father is Company Secretary in a private company whereas his mother is a house wife.
Talking to the media after the announcement of the CA result Thursday, Ghilman said his aim was to secure a rank in the top 50, but never hoped to get one of the top 3 ranks.
"I always believed to get a rank but never thought I would be getting AIR 3. My mom is on cloud 9 after hearing the results”, Ghilman said.
CA Inter Toppers May 2024
In the CA Inter May 2024 exams, Kushagra Roy bagged 538 marks out of the total 600 marks and emerged all India topper with AIR 1.
On the other hand, Yug Sachin Kariya and Yagya Lalit Chandak jointly bagged the AIR 2 with a score of 526 marks.
CA Inter Topper, Kushagra Roy, is from Bhiwadi whereas Yug Sachin Kariya and Yagya Lalit Chandak are from Mira-Bhayandar in Thane district near Mumbai.
The third position in CA Inter Merit List 2024 has been jointly held by Manit Singh Bhatia of New Delhi and Hiresh Kashiramka of Mumbai.
A total of 20,446 candidates successfully qualified the CA Final May 2024 exam.
The pass percentage for the CA Inter Group 1 exam is 27.35%, resulting in 20,479 out of 74,887 qualifying candidates.
In the CA Inter Group 2 exam, out of 58,891 students who appeared, 21,408 successfully cleared the exam, with a pass percentage of 36.35%.
