Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released on its official website ‘jkssb.nic.in’ the Admit Card of the OMR based Written Exam conducted for the post of Sub Inspector/Equivalent vacant at the Finance Department of the state.

The JKSSB is conducting the OMR based Written Exam for the post of Sub Inspector vacant at the Finance Department on March 10, 2024.

The JKSSB made available for download the SI Exam Admit Card today i.e. Monday March 04, 2024.

“The candidates can download their Admit Cards from the website using their E-mail ID and Date of Birth. They must read the instructions contained therein, carefully”, the Selection Board said.

“In case of any difficulty in downloading/issues related to Admit Card, candidate(s) may contact the JKSSB Help-Desk”, the board said.

Steps to download

1. Visit the official website of JKSSB: www.ikssb.nic.in
2. On the homepage, there will be an option to download E-Admit Card
3. Once on that page, click on the link/button- "LOGIN"
4. Log-in using E-mail ID as username and Date of Birth as password in DDMMYYYY format.
5. Click on the "View and Print E-Admit Card" button.
6. The JKSSB E-Admit Card will appear on the screen.
7. Download and take a printout.

Candidates are advised to bring the clear printed copy of the E-Admit card on the day of examination.

Candidates are also advised to verify the details on their admit card. In case of any mismatch, candidates should contact helpdesk via call or email.

The candidature of the candidates claiming eligibility by misrepresentation/concealment of any material facts, impersonation, fraud, etc. shall be liable for cancellation and disciplinary action, as deemed appropriate, the JK Selection Board said.

The candidates appearing in the exam should note that there shall be negative marking for wrong answer (1/4th of allotted marks for each answer) attempted in the said examination.

The detailed criteria of selection and syllabus for the said posts has already been notified and are available on the official website of the Board www.jkssb.nic.in.
