Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission releases 2016 JECCE Answer Key at www.jssc.in

Ranchi: The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) on Wednesday released the Answer Key of the Junior Engineer Combined Competitive Examination (JECCE) on its official website. The candidates can download the answer key from the JSSC website www.jssc.in.

The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) conductedthe Junior Engineer Combined Competitive Examination (JECCE) on July 24 for those candidates who have qualified in the Prelim examination.

After the official Answer Key is released by the commission, the candidates who have appeared for the examination can now expect their results very soon.

Along with releasing the Answer Key, The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has also requested the candidates to Submit representation, if any, on Answer Key for Paper 1 and Paper 2.

The link to submit representation for the Junior Engineer Combined Competitive Examination (JECCE) Paper 1 and Paper 2 are provided on the JSSC website www.jssc.in.

The Junior Engineer Combined Competitive Examination (JECCE) was held for a total of 1008 vacant posts - 990 Civil Department posts whereas 18 posts in the Mechanical Department.

Following are the steps to download the JECCE Answer Key:

  1. Log on to the official website www.jssc.in.
  2. Click on the link "Answer key for Junior Engineer Combined Competitive Examination-2014(Main)"
  3. Download the Answer Key and take a print out for further reference

The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) works under the state government to recruit staff for various posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India and in Subordinate Offices.

The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission(JSSC) has been constitued by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Act 2008 (Jharkhand Act 16, 2008) and it has been published vide Gazette notification no. 829 dt. 6 December 2008 of Jharkhand Governmet. Jharkhand Act 2008 has been amended by Jharkhand Act 03,2011 and Jharkhand Act 19,2011; published vide Gazette notification nos. 153 dt. 24 February 2011 and 687 dt. 11 October 2011 respectively.
