New Delhi:
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to declare the result of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - UG (NEET 2017) - a mandatory test for admission to MBBS, BDS and other medical courses, on its official website cbseresults.nic.in today, it is officially confirmed.

"CBSE Exam Results - NEET Exam Results - 2017 ... To be announced on June 20, 2017", the official result portal results.nic.in said.

The the official announcement does not talk about the exact time the CBSE can declare the NEET 2017 result any moment by today afternoon.

The NEET 2017 results are delayed because of legal hurdles following petitions filed by some students in Madras High Court. All legal hurdles were cleared after the Supreme Court granted the CBSE permission to go ahead with NEET 2017 result declaration.

The Supreme Court also barred the high courts in the country from entertaining any petition on the entrance examination held for admission to various medical courses.

Consequently, the CBSE released the OMR sheets of the students on June 13 and the official Answer Keys on June 15. The CBSE has also given time till 05:00 pm to challenge the Answer Keys in case of any issue.
