Maharashtra Engineering Admission 2017: Provisional Merit List to be out Monday June 19

Maharashtra Engineering Admission 2017

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra in coordination with Directorate of Technical Education (DTE Maharashtra) will release online the Provisional Merit List containing the names of the students who have applied for admission to first year Engineering, Architecture, Pharmacy and courses in Hotel Managament in the academic year 2017-18.

The Provisional Mertit List for Maharashtra Engineering Admission 2017 will be displayed on the DTE Maharrashtra official website

"The DTE Maharashtra will display the Provisional Merit List for Maharashtra State/All India/J & K Migrant/NRI/PIO/OCI/CIWGC/FN candidates on website on Monday June 19 up to 05:00 pm", the State Common Entrance Test Cell said in an official statement.

How to check Provisional Merit List:

  1. Click here for direct link to DTE Provisional Merit List page:
  2. Enter Application ID
  3. Enter Date of Birth in correct format (dd/mm/yyyy)
  4. Click on Submit button

In case of any error or grievances a student can report to DTE Maharashtra up to 05:00 pm on June 21 after the display of Provisional Merit List.

"During this period candidate can submit deficient documents ( if any) for verification at Facilitation Centers (FC)", the official statement said.

The Final Merit List and Category wise Seats (Seat Matrix) for CAP Round I will be dispalyed on DTE Maharashtra website on Thursday June 22.

The Maharshtra Admission 2017 process started after the HSC and MHT-CET results were declared. Students were directed to apply online and verify their documents at Admission reporting Centres (ARCs) till June 17.

The last date was however extended by one more day and students applied online till 05:00 pm on June 18, 2017.

The State Common Entrance Test Cell had earlier published a video explaining to the students how to fill the online application form for First Year Maharashtra Engineering Admission 2017.

Candidates through Maharashtra Engineering, Architecture, Pharmacy and Hotel Managament admission process can get the chance to study at a college affiliated to one of the 12 universities of Maharashtra.

The process is also applicable for admission to direct second year of Engineering and Technology.
