A notable feature is the Mosque's doors, each of which is uniquely inscribed with the name of The Prophet (peace be upon him), setting them apart.

A total of 100 doors are strategically placed across the Mosque's expansions, roof, and sides. During the Holy Month of Ramadan, a team of 280 staff members manages them round the clock.

Measuring 3 meters in width, 6 meters in height, and over 13 cm thick, these doors, despite their substantial weight of 1.25 tons each, are ingeniously crafted to open and close effortlessly with a single hand, owing to a specialized pulley system.

Crafted from over 1,600 cubic meters of teak wood, each magnificent door boasts more than 1,500 intricately engraved gilded pieces, arranged into a circular frame bearing the Arabic inscription "Muhammad, Messenger of Allah."

The doors were intricately assembled without nails, using an ancient interlocking method.

These doors, adorned with rich architectural details, stand as a testament to Saudi Arabia's unwavering care and dedication to the Prophet's Mosque.
