CSAB Supernumerary Rounds 2025: The Central Seat Allocation Board has published the counselling schedule of the CSAB 2025 Supernumerary Rounds conducted to fill the vacancies in select colleges based on JEE Main 2025 score.

The CSAB Special Rounds is conducted after JoSAA Counselling, conducted for admission in IITs, NITs and othe top notch institutions spread across India is over.

These admission rounds are to fill the supernumerary seats at NIT Calicut, NIT Durgapur, and SVNIT Surat for eligible candidates belonging to the Union Territories of Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Daman & Diu, and Dadra & Nagar Haveli.

All candidates, who were eligible for JoSAA-2025 / CSAB-2025 Special Rounds as per JEE (Main) 2025 Ranks and having their State Code of Eligibility as the UTs of Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu, Lakshadweep, and Andaman & Nicobar Islands AND who do not have a valid allocated seat in NIT+ system, at the end of all rounds of JoSAA/CSAB-2025, will be eligible for participating in the CSAB 2025 Supernumerary Round of Seat Allocation.

CSAB Supernumerary Rounds Schedule

According to the CSAB Supernumerary Rounds 2025 schedule released Thursday, Registration, Choice Filling and Online Verification of PwD candidates will be done from August 24 to 26, 2025 up to 17:00 hrs.

The seat allotment will be released on the official website on August 27, 2025.

Document upload and Supernumerary Seat Acceptance Fee (SSAF) payment, and Online Verification of PwD Candidate should be done from August 27 to 28, 2025 up to 05:00 PM.

Resolution of SSAF Payment Issues for Candidates who have made SSAF Payment Attempts before the payment deadline and last day to respond to queries is Friday August 29, 2025.

"Physical reporting at the allotted institutes by all candidates who have confirmed their seats through CSAB 2025 Supernumerary Round should be done from August 27 to 30, 2025", the board said.

Candidates should note that the physical verification of PwD candidates is mandatory during physical reporting at the admitting institute.

JoSAA 2025 Schedule

Meanwhile, Joint Seat Allocation Authority has released JoSAA 2025 Counselling Schedule.

The authority said online registration for JoSAA 2025 counselling will start a day after JEE Advanced 2025 result is announced.

Accordingly, JEE Advanced 2025 result will be declared on June 02 and JoSAA 2025 registration will start on June 03, 2025.

The schedule further said that Mock Alloment 1 and 2 will be published on June 09 and June 11 whereas the first Seat Allotment will be published on June 14, 2025.
