Dubai: The Dubai Courts has entered the Guinness Book of World Records for setting a new record in e-auctions.
The Dubai Courts has broken the record for the most expensive property sold via an e-auction conducted through smart applications.
The property in question was valued at nearly 94 million dirhams (Around $25.5 million),
The Dubai Courts has now become the first court ever to have an entry in the Guinness Book of World Records.
Ahmed Saeed bin Hazeem, Managing Director of Dubai Courts, received the certificate of registration during a meeting in the presence of Abdullah Matar Al-Mannaei, CEO of Emirates Auction, and a number of officials.
