Bengaluru: Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) Saturday claimed that a "mysterious" box was unloaded from Prime Minister Modi's helicopter soon after he arrived in Chitradurga for an election rally Friday.
The Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) has also shared a video on Twitter to substantiate its claim. KPCC claimed that the video clip was shot immediately after the Prime Minister’s chopper landed in Chitradurga
"A mysterious box was unloaded from PM Modi’s helicopter at Chitradurga yesterday and loaded into a private Innova which quickly sped away", Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president wrote on Twitter while tagging the video clip.
He also demanded from the Election Commission of India to probe what was actually in the box.
"The #ElectionCommission should enquire into what was in the box and to whom the vehicle belonged", he wrote.
In the video, people are seen rushing towards the white Innova cae with the "mysterious" box.
The video clip is being widely shared with netizens wondering what actually is inside the box.
"Everything in this clip is looking fishy: esp the anxiety and the hurry with which the vehicle carrying this big black trunk sped away. Perhaps it contains the costume which our PM needs in every rally for enacting some drama, but such boxes are also used to transport currency", a Twitter user who identifies as Syncretic wrote using @3rd_Handle.
