Maharashtra SSC Result 2024 Announced, 187 students state toppers

Maharashtra SSC Class 10 Result 2024: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has declared on its official website mahresult.nic.in the result of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Class 10th board exams 2024 held in the month of Feb/March today i.e. Monday May 27, 2024.
Overall Pass Percentage
The Maharashtra state recorded an overall pass percentage of 95.81% - an increase by over 1.98% as compared to 2023 when the pass percentage was 93.83%.
"A total of 15,49,326 students had appeared in the 2024 board exams. Out of them, a total of 14,84,441 passed with an overall passing percentage of 95.81%", the board said.
Pass percentage of girl students 97.21% and that of boys is 94.46%.
187 students Maharashtra SSC toppers
The state board did not release the 10th Merit List and toppers name. But, according to the Maharashtra Class 10 result data 2024 released by the state board, a total of 187 students from different districts of the state score a perfect 100% score in the state board 10th exams.
The board did not reveal the name and identity of the SSC topers.
A total of 81,991 students have scored more 90% marks, 1,28,772 scored from 85 upto 90%, 1,66,396 students scored from 80 upto 85% and 1,82,033 scored from 75 upto 80%.
Out of more than 23,000 schools, a total of 9,382 have registered 100 percent result.
Maharashtra SSC District Topper 2024
Among the nine divisions, Konkan again topped the list with 99.01 per cent result while Nagpur division was at the bottom with 94.73 per cent.
The Mumbai division recorded the pass percentage of 95.83, Pune 96.44, Latur 95.27, Amravati 95.58, Nashik 95.28, Kolhapur 97.45 and Aurangabad (C Sambhajinagar) 95.19.
Maharashtra Class 10 Result 2024 Date and Time
Students should note that Maharashtra 10th SSC result 2024, result analysis, overall percentage, school wise and districtwise result were announced at a press conference held at 11:00 am today.
However, students checked their individual result and score via link on the official as well as partner websites made available at 01:00 pm today.
The Maharashtra SSC 10th result 2024 will be available on official website mahresult.nic.in, and a number of other websites including hsc.mahresults.org.in, hscresult.mkcl.org and others.

Steps to check SSC result via SMS
Maharashtra students can also check their result of March 2024 board exams on their smartphone via SMS. Maharashtra students can also request their results through SMS. For this, they are required to type MHSSC followed by <seat no> on their mobile phones and send to: 57766.
The Maharashtra SSC Class 10th result of all 09 divisions including Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad, Konkan, Nagpur, Amravati and Latur will be declared today at 01:00 pm, the Maharashtra board headquartered in Mumbai and Pune has officially confirmed.
10th Board Exam Results of Past Few Years
In 2023, the Maharashtra state recorded an overall pass percentage of 93.83% - a decline by over 3.11 as compared to 2022 when the pass percentage was 96.94%. in SSC Class 10 exams.
The Maharashtra state board had announced Class 10 result in 2021 on July 16.In 2021, the SSC result was prepared based on internal assessment because of Covid-19 and most of the students were declared passed.
In 2020, the state board declared the result on July 29 when it recorded an overall pass percentage of 95.30 - an improvement by over 18.20 as compared to 2019 when the pass percentage 77.10.
In 2019, SSC result was announced on June 08 whereas in 2020 and 2021 they were delayed because of the Pandemic.
