UPSC CSE Prelims Result 2025: A total of 14,161 candidates have passed the UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Exams 2025 result of which is declared Thursday June 12, 2025.
The Union Public Service Commission released the CSE Prelims Results giving the roll number and name of the 14,161 candidates who are now eligible to appear in the Civil Services Main Exam 2025.
A candidate passing the UPSC Civil Services Main Exam 2025 will be called for Personal Interview.
This is the final stage of the 3-stage appointment to India’s top posts that include IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS and others.
The UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Exam this year was held on May 25, 2025, according to the UPSC Calendar.
More than 10 lakh candidates had appeared for the Civil Services Prelims (Written) 2025 exams held in two sessions in pen and paper mode.
Candidates should note that you do not require any ID or Password to check the result. Candidates should also note that the UPSC will release the CSE Prelims Answer Key after the UPSC Civil Services Final result.
The candidates who have cleared the Prelims are now eligible to appear in the UPSC CSE Main Exam 2025.
As per the Civil Services 2025 Exam, CSE Main exam will be held in 5 days starting from August 22, 2025.
The UPSC has confirmed the start date of the CSE Mains 2025 exam. Paper-wise time table will be released after the CSE Prelims result.
The candidates who clear the CSE Main 2025 exam will be required to appear in Personal Test or Personal Interview.
The candidates clearing all the three stages of the Civil Services exam will be eligible to be posted as IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS and other top civil services posts.
