CBSE 12th, 10th Board Exam 2020: 10th and 12th CBSE board exams postponed in Northeast Delhi due to violence will be held between March 21 to April 14, 2020.
According to the new exam dates released by the CBSE, Class 10 board exams for the Northeast Delhi students will be held from March 21 to 30, 2020.
The Class 12th exam postponed due to Delhi violence will be held from March 31 to April 14m the CBSE said.
The CBSE released new date sheet for Class 12th and Class 10th board exams as it had postponed the exams scheduled on February 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th, and March 02, 03, 04, 05, 06 and 07, 2020.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) had earlier assured all students in Northeast Delhi who failed to appear in the Class 10 and 12 board examination owing to riots, to not to worry.
A circular issued by the CBSE and signed by its chairman Anurag Tripathi said it would help "ease the tension of students" who missed exams.
Several parts of northeast Delhi were wracked by violence in the last week of February after supporters and opponents of the Citizenship (Amendment) Act (CAA) clashed with each other.
