New Delhi: The Supreme Court of India Thursday May 22, 2025 after a marathon 3-day hearing on the batch of petitions seeking a stay on the Waqf Amendment Act 2025 reserved its verdict till the next hearing.

Meanwhile, the All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) has resumed its nationwide protest againste the Waqf Act 2025. The protest was suspended, first because of the Pahalgam terrorist attack and later due to India's military conflict with Pakistan.
