Bhopal:
To get organizational posts in Bharatiya Janata Party,
(BJP), the party cadres will have to take up written examinations
compulsorily at three levels to qualify for being appointed
office-bearers.
To attain the “degree” of a well-trained leader, the ruling BJP in
Madhya Pradesh has identified as many as 220 leaders who will have
to appear for the first level examination in last week of this
month.
It may be recalled here that after national BJP president Mr.
Nitin Gadkari had assumed office, he had proposed to conduct
three-level examinations – “Pravesh”, “Pragat” and “Praveen” - for
party office-bearers in all States.
According to BJP sources the training camp for party leaders is
scheduled for April 23 and 24 here. After the training, they would
appear for the first level “Pravesh” examination on April 25.
There would be objective type questions to test their knowledge.
The questions would be related to both BJP ideology and national
politics, sources added.
After clearing this, the leaders would have to appear for the
“Pragat” exams and then the third-level of “Praveen”. Those unable
to clear the first level would be given another chance the next
year.
Sources said that after clearing all the examinations, the leaders
would get certificates and on the basis of their ability, they
would be given responsibilities in the organisation.
At the two-day training camp scheduled in Bhopal, the party's
national general secretary Mr. Ramlal and training in-charge Mr.
Alok Kumar are likely to impart training to the Madhya Pradesh
leaders.
