New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to declare online the results of Class 12 or Class XII CBSE board exam 2017 of all regions on its official website and two other websites any moment today i.e. Sunday May 28, 2017.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) had eariler said in an official announcement that it will release the CBSE 12th results 2017 on Sunday in the forenoon..
"The Senior School Certificate Examination (Class XII) 2017 results for All the CBSE regions will be declared on 28.05.2017 (Sunday) in the forenoon", the CBSE official statement said.
The CBSE does not speak about the exact time to declare the results. However,going by its past records it can be expected that the CBSE Class XII results could be declared much before forenoon as the CBSE has declared.
Hence students shoul be ready to get their CBSE Class 12 result any moment today.

Steps to check the CBSE results:
- Go to the official website "cbseresults.nic.in" or "cbse.nic.in"
- Click on 'CBSE Class 12 Results 2017"
- Enter your Roll Number and other details if asked
- Click on "Submit" button
Students should note that the CBSE Class XII results will not be available in the Board and the public are advised not to visit Board’s office for collection of results. The process of verification will be displayed on CBSE’s website shortly.
The CBSE Class XII and Class X exams were earlier postponed due to the assembly elections held in five states. And, since the exams were held late, the assessment and evaluation process would definitely be delayed, some teachers feel.
According to the Date Sheet released on the CBSE website, Class X and Class XII both exams began together on March 09, 2017. But, while the Class X exam ended on April 10, the Class XII 2017 exam continued till April 29.
An estimated 10,98,981 and 8,86,506 students from across the country and abroad respectively appeared for the Class XII and Class X annual exams which began from Thursday March 09, 2017. The exams are conducted every year by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
According to the data released by registration for the Class 12 exams saw a 2.82% increase whereas the registration for the Class 10 exams witnessed an increase of 15.73% as compared to the last year.
The examination for Class X were conducted at 16,363 centres across the country. Students appeared for Class XII examination at 10,678 centres in India.
Fifty-eight examination centres were set up in some Gulf countries and six in various other countries.
In a first, the CBSE board had launched a mobile application to help students locate their examination centre using their phone numbers.
