Mumbai: The Government of Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell in association with DTE Maharashtra will release online the Admit Cards/Hall Tickets of the students appearing fot the CET (MHT-CET 2017) today i.e. Monday April 24 on its website.
The DTE Maharashtra in the official notification released for MHT CET 2017 had said it will issue Admit Cards/Hall Tickets of the students who have registered for the MHT CET 2017 on Monday April 24.
Though the DTE Maharashtra has not mentioned any specific time, it is likely to release the MHT CET 2017 on its official website any time before 05:00 pm today.
Once released, the MHT CET 2017 Admit Cards/Hall Tickets will be accessibe at dtemaharashtra.gov.in. The students who have applied for MHT CET 2017 can follow the steps given as under to download their Admit Cards/Hall Tickets.
How To Download MHT CET 2017 Admit Cards/Hall Tickets:
- Go to DTE Maharashtra MHT CET official website by clicking here: "dtemaharashtra.gov.in"
- Enter your Registration No
- Enter Date of Birth in correct format
- Enter any other information if asked
- Click on Submit button
- Your Admit Card should appear on your screen
- Download it and take a printout
Students should note that in case of any error or mistake in their Admit Cards/Hall Tickets, they should immediately contact and inform DTE Maharashtra for the needed correction.
The Government of Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell will conduct CET (MHT-CET 2017) on May 11.
Once released, the MHT CET 2017 Admit Cards/Hall Tickets will be accessibe at dtemaharashtra.gov.in
According to the time table releaed by Maharashtra State Common Entrance Cell, the application process for MHT CET 2017 began from Tuesday Februray 14. It continued till March 23.
"As per the provision in section 2(e) and section 10(4) of Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015 (Mah. XXVIII of 2015), the Competent Authority is conducting CET (MHT-CET 2017) for admissions to Engineering and Pharmacy Under Graduate Coursesfor Academic Year 2017-18", DTE Maharashtra said in the official notification.
"The Online applications are invited for CET for admission to First Year of full time Under Graduate Degree courses in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech) and Pharmacy (B.Pharm/Pharm D.) in the Government, Govt. Aided, University Managed, University Departments and Unaided Institutes in the Maharashtra State, as per following schedule. MHT-CET 2017", it added.
The MHT CET is a single combined entrance test for admission to all Engineering and Pharmacy degree courses in Maharashtra.
Detailed program regarding issue of application forms and information brochures were earlier released online and are available on the website for reference.
Admissions to Maharashtra state engineering colleges for the year 2014 and 2015 were done through JEE Main. But, since the year 2016, DTE decided to conduct its own, one single combined “Common Entrance Test” MHT-CET for all Engineering and Pharmacy degree courses.
MHT CET 2016 conducted last year was held on May 5.
Students, who seek admissions to undergraduate engineering an pharmacy courses in the state of Maharashtra should have cleared class XII or equivalent and should meet all the eligibility requirements to appear for MHT CET 2017.
